Wolfgang Blueml is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

When you use one of the forms on this website (contact, questionnaire or TimeWaver user enquiry), we may collect the following personal data:

• ✦WhatsApp / phone number (optional)
• ✦Date of birth (provided voluntarily)
• ✦Your choice of service and details of your request
• ✦Any additional information you choose to include in your message

A note about photographs: if you select a photo in the contact form, the image itself is NOT transmitted to us. Only the file name is sent along as a note, so that we know you intend to send one — you then send the photo separately via WhatsApp or email.

The personal data you provide is collected and processed exclusively for the following purpose:

To conduct your personal quantum field analysis using TimeWaver technology, to prepare and deliver your written report, and to communicate with you regarding your analysis, results and any follow-up questions.

Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

The processing of your personal data is based on your voluntary consent, given when you submit one of the forms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at varaha@gmx.de.

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you visit the site, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, the time of access and the page requested. This data is generated whenever any website is accessed and is required in order to deliver the site to you.

All three forms on this website are submitted through the service Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com). When you send a form, the data you entered is transmitted to that service's servers and forwarded from there to us by email.

We use Web3Forms solely to deliver your enquiry. The service is therefore involved in processing your data — you should be aware of this before submitting a form.

YouTube

A video is embedded on the TimeWaver page. It does NOT load automatically: at first you only see a preview image served from our own server. The video is loaded from YouTube only once you click the play button — and only at that moment is a connection to YouTube (Google) established. Your IP address is transmitted to them and YouTube sets its own cookies. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking the play button. As long as you do not click, no contact with Google takes place.

PDF Downloads

The PDF files offered for download (study brochure, sample report, feature article) are hosted on Amazon CloudFront. They too are only loaded when you deliberately click them, at which point your IP address is transmitted to Amazon Web Services.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. NO connection to Google Fonts takes place.

Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

Beyond the technical service providers named in sections 5 to 7, your data is not disclosed to any external parties except where required by law.

This website sets NO cookies of its own and currently performs NO analytics or visitor measurement. There is no tracking, no usage profiling, and no third-party advertising cookies are embedded. One single exception: if you deliberately start the embedded video by clicking it, YouTube sets its own cookies (see section 7). Without that click, this does not happen.

Your browser's local storage holds only two purely technical settings: whether you dismissed the notice bar at the top of the page, and your display preference. This information never leaves your browser and contains no personal data.

Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of your analysis and any follow-up communication.

Once the service is complete and no further communication is required, your data will be deleted unless you have requested otherwise.

You have the right to:
